<li><strong>St Fin Barre&#8217;s Cathedral</strong>: a      spectacular example of mid 18<sup>th</sup> century French Gothic architecture      this lavish cathedral located near the grounds of U.C.C. is one of Cork’s most      recognisable landmarks and is one of the finest examples of religious      architecture of its kind in Europe containing      many artefacts and a beautifully managed garden.</li>
<li><strong>UCC:</strong> Corks answer to Oxford and standing      on vast and magnificent grounds just a few minutes’ walk from the city      centre, holds parks, statues and buildings of natural historical and      contemporary style, on campus also holds the Lewis Glucksman       Art Gallery      with over 350 works in its collection and holding many art exhibitions      throughout the year.</li>
